Born Pretty Holo Unicorn Loose Flakes

Press Sample

It's Monday! What's better than unicorn + holo + chameleon + whatever else makes you happy?! Maybe leftover brownies from the Super Bowl last night? Yea, that was a delicious breakfast. I'm having so much fun with all these new loose powders. They just keep getting better! These are definitely some of my favorite.

Here's how they look when they arrive. Don't they look gorgeous as is? I'm trying to think of a craft project I can use these with too.

Now I know we are used to seeing these types of flakes over dark, but I threw that out the window when I saw the listing for this and they showed it over black and white. The white looks amazing! So I used Morgan Taylor My Main Freeze, which is an off-white, as a base for these.

This is color 5. Now let's explain these flakes. They are in a unicorn multichrome shimmer base that reflects from pink, purple, blue, and teal. Yes, it will be super strong over dark, but isn't it amazing over the light color? Then there's also holo flakes in the powder. Depending on how much you rub in, you can smooth them out or leave them chunky. I was obsessed with the chunky look so I left it as is. There is also iridescent color shifting flakes in there too. It was smooth with one coat of top coat.

These really do sparkle in the sun!

I got unicorn vibes so I double stamped with a white stamping polish and Zoya Tina. Did I mention how much I love these?

As you see, I'm very much in love with this loose flake. There are 6 colors and I'll have #2 up soon. This color is #5. They retail for $1.59 for 0.1g or $2.49 for 0.2g. I need them all. You can find them HERE. Find other chameleon flakes on the site HERE. Don't forget to use PDX31 for 10% off Born Pretty purchases.
