Good evening! I'm here with a later post because this is my first post from my new computer. I'm very anti-new electronics and dragged my feet to get a new one, but I had no choice. I feel like there's always a learning curve even though it's not new technology by any means, lol. This one feels weird. Maybe because it works?

Winter Nail Art Challenge: Candy Canes and Peppermint Nail Art

To start, I wanted to use the Beauty Big Bang plate that I received. It has the cutest images including the one I used on my nails. Unfortunately,  I took photos of it and they are on a computer I hadn't backed up and currently cannot retrieve but it WAS in my collage above!  But I used the image from Beauty Big Bang. This plate is $2.39 and can be used for winter art. None of these images beyond the one Santa is explicitly Christmas. These plates are etched well and I haven't had a problem with them at all! Today is the second day of the challenge, which is candy! I wanted to go with a classic. My main colors were KBShimmer Deck the Claws and Up to Snow Good from the new Holo-Days collection. They are so sparkly and festive. I used Deck the Claws on my middle nails and Up to Snow Good on the other. 

I used a white stamping polish to stamp over Deck the Claws. Then I used the red sparkly pretty to paint on peppermint swirls, just like the stamp!

 I'm currently still wearing these and despite the glittery goodness, it's not really chipping. But they are coming off tomorrow so I can do my Lights manicure, which is epic in my head lol, but we will see how it comes out.

Off to eat some candy!
