Partial Press Sample
Back in 2012 when I first started blogging, there weren't that many indies, and there really wasn't a thing such a press samples unless you worked with a few of the major brands. We would post our NOTDs (Nails of the Day) and whatever art we did rather than swatches. So I figured I would show you what I've been wearing in between swatch fests and bring back the good ol' NOTD!
A lot of nail blogger actually don't wear nail polish on the reg! I always like to have my nails polished. It seems like when I don't, I have a massive break, which is precisely what happened this time!
First, here is what I wore on vacation. Girly Bits Sequins and Satin Pants. It was the perfect sparkly polish although it hated chlorine so it's good I brought it with me to do touch ups over my 6 day vacation. You can only get this polish if you purchase the Sequins and Satin Pants collection. WORTH IT.

So I took my Girly Bits manicure off when I got back from vacation, and broke my nails putting on pants (my finger slipped out of the belt hold DAMMIT!). So I reached for a neon for my shorties! I love China Glaze Red-y to Rave. It's one of my favorite neons.
China Glaze Red-y to Rave: 3 coats. This is just one of my favorites. Depending on your skin tone, it may lean more red or more orange!

Orly You're Blushing: 2 coats. I ADORE this taupey purple. Believe it or not, my dad got me this polish! I wore this on Father's Day actually. I had planned to do some art over it, but I loved it so much, I left it alone.

There you have it. Here's some NOTDs I wore between swatch sessions! Sometimes, after swatching 10+ polishes, I don't have it in me to do art, so I slap on an old favorite. I love re-using my polishes!

DeleteI love a good NOTD post! I rarely get a chance to wear my own polish anymore. I usually just end up wearing the last thing I swatched.
