Sometimes, I'm at a loss for what to put on my nails and somehow, Kim from The Ides of Polish always has the best inspiration up here sleeve! She showed me a sugar skull dotticure she planned on doing and I knew I had to do it! So today we are "fraternal twinning" showing off our dotticures!

I thought this would be a great chance to try out Orly Power Packed, which is part of their new Breathable line.  The Breathable Line is base coat, two coats of color, and top coat ALL in the bottle! It's also a treatment in a bottle so it nourishes your nails!

The Breathable Line isn't so your nails can "breathe" as we know that nails don't need to breathe. It's more like a catch phrase: "breathe life into your nails." The polish has argan oil, vitamin C, and pro-vitamin B5, all of which help nourish your nails and "give them life."

Power Packed: 3 coats. My bottle had a lot of bubbles so be careful about shaking and moving the bottle around before use. I did a third coat to cover the bubbles. As far as base coat, it served its purpose. I wore the polish for a few days and all was fine. I did have to apply top coat though. After 20 minutes, my nails were still very tacky and I'm so used to being ready to move within 5. So as far as that, I wouldn't count on the drying. It did, however, level off well on its own.

After I wore Power Packed, I looked to the photo inspiration that Kim found HERE, and set off on my dotticure. I chose a red, orange, yellow, olive, teal, and fuchsia color to use. I didn't do it in rainbow order, but I felt they all went together. Topped it with matte top coat of course!
