Good morning! I have a simple NOTD today. I noticed this polish, which was an exclusive polish from CPNA, recently went on sale to the public, so I wanted to show you it! It's dark and sultry, so basically perfect for winter!

Vox Populi: 3 coats plus top coat. This is a deep black jelly polish. Jelly polishes tend to be more sheer. But there's a strong shimmer and UCC flakes in the polish too! Because there's so much going on, you want to wait in between coats. As you move your hand around, you'll see the flakes shifting color against the black background. The shimmer is super prominent in person, but I feel you can see the blue shimmer below. I'm not really a fan of jellies, but throw a ton of stuff in one and I am!

Then I topped it with Girly Bits Polish Matte'ers, which is a bit of a satin finish. The flakes jump out and I love it matte!
