Born Pretty Mosaic Stencils

Press Sample

Do you have any thing that you are weirdly not good at? For me, it's stencils. Literally stencils are supposed to make art easier and I just stink at it! But I gave them another shot so let's take a look!

Born Pretty Mosaic Stencils

I ordered these mosaic stencils from Born Pretty store. Look at the pretty gold holo! It came in a nice neat package.

I used tweezers to pick up the design. You can see how well they come up! No needing to pick around the smaller pieces to get the design free. I also realized the leftover pieces can be used as stickers for art. How cool is that?!

I laid the stencil down over dry polish and formed it on my nail. You can see how curvy my nails are and sometimes, I think that is the issue.

I then painted polish over the stencils. It's a cool design but I globbed my polish down. Bad idea. I just learned that sponging is better, so next time, I'm going to try that out.

Overall, I like the style of these stencils. They are versatile for nail art and definitely easier than using stripng tape. This set retails for $2.51 and has 9 full images and 3 tips.

Born Pretty has a tons of nail stencils. They are of great quality--I simply think I'm bad at using stencils hah since it's my experience with all brands. You can find all nail art stencils and other nail tools HERE. If you want to place an order at Born Pretty, you can get 10% off your order with the discount code PDX31 at checkout. As always, shipping is free.

  1. I've not yet tried their stencils, but I love how pretty they are! I'd definitely be using the leftover pieces for nail art!

    1. Me too! Stencils can be pricier so it's nice they serve as double duty
