Sorry for the break; it was my birthday weekend AND I've been working like crazy since I'm going to Denver in a few days to present some of my writing (eek!). Anyway, it is no secret that I love Cirque Colors. Something about buying local and supporting my city just feels so good! I've also met Annie at the fairs she used to sell at (do more!) and I love supporting brands that I feel a personal connection to! I'm always reaching for my Cirques and when I craved rainbows, it was no question that I grab my Cirques. (And I've just surpassed the 50 mark! I must take a picture!)

To create this look, I started with a beige creme base of OPI My Vampire is Buff. Then I used a
small striping brush and gently beginning at my cuticle, brushed loose
lines of each holographic polish. I wanted the look to be rustic and not
fully filled in. I continued using each holographic polish to complete a
rainbow look until my nail was filled. I wasn't going for perfection, but together, it's
From cuticle to tip, I used: Vesuvius, Sun Dog, Chrysopoeia, Flash, Cerillos, Twilight,
Pop!, and Plur.

I decided to try tying together the stripes by adding one light layer of Orly Sparkling Garbage. It muddled the design a bit but it made the manicure super sparkly!
