Hi all! This is my final Hanukkah manicure for 2023 and I had fun this year! Tonight is the seventh night of Chanukah so that means tomorrow is the last night. I wore festive Hanukkah sweaters this entire week at work with matching festive earrings. It is important to me that I represent my holiday and religion and show that we are a strong group of people. I hope you enjoyed my nail art over this last week.

Like my plaid look, I like to do a few non-literal festive looks. I do these for most holidays. Sometimes I like a color scheme rather than intricate art. Last year, I did a simple Halloween manicure with orange swirls and I loved it so much, I decided to do it in Hanukkah colors!

Ok well I guess I do a dreidel look every year. I have to! When I put on KBShimmer Freeze the Day, I knew I wanted to do a Hanukkah look with it since it was this gorgeous bright blue. And I love how gold and blue look together so this was a winning combination! Tonight is the second night of Chanukah so I wanted to get in this fun look as we go into the weekend.

Hanukkah nail art is always pretty difficult because there are not as many symbols as there are for other holidays, such as Christmas. And the symbols that do exist, are super intricate! Most nail art online shows Star of Davids, but that is a symbol of Judaism, not Hanukkah. After so many years of blogging, I decided to compile some of my favorites and I might actually recreate some! Since Hanukkah (Chanukah) starts tomorrow night, this might kick you into gear to change your nails!

Hello December! Last year, I did an autumn plaid and a Christmas plaid and I meant to do a Hanukkah plaid but simply ran out of time. Well, Hanukkah is earlier this year as it lands on Thursday night, December 7, so I got a jump start to get my Hanukkah plaid done this year.
