I really appreciate when a maker is truly a fan and creating a collection out of love and not just what is trendy. Pam, of Stella Chroma, is a true Harry Potter fan! Actually, I have sent her a few Harry Potter-themed gifts, because I know how much she loves the fiction! So for the fall, Harry Potter is going back to school! Would Hogwarts be virtual learning too? Who knows. What I do know is that this collection is inspired and perfect to welcome in September!

Monday, I shared the Jessica Cosmetics Cabana Bay swatches, and now I have some art! I actually did the art first because I was inspired by the collection. I really set out to do random squiggles in different widths, but I really love how this came together. Sometimes, I don't really see how cohesive a collection is until I do art, and I think this proves how great the Cabana Bay collection is!

Happy Monday! Today kicks off the first day of my semester and I'm back to teaching remote. I have to say, my laptop and internet are not cut out for this. My zoom session imploded ten minutes into it and I left my students in the dust, LOL. But I came back on and they were there waiting for me. Can you imagine your first class ever in college being on Zoom? I tried to be lighthearted but I feel their pain.

Anyway! Jessica Cosmetics sent me there summer collections and it was delayed due to COVID, but I am really not one to wear seasonal colors. I wear what I want! And many of these transition to fall, so I'm excited to share them with you!

I absolutely love the movie and this is a famous line from the book and the movie!
