Wintry Birch Tree Nail Art with Elevation Polish

Nothing to Disclose

We expected 20-30 inches of snow in my area but were spared with only 6, so what better time to show you this nail art? I decided I wanted to use only Elevation Polish for some winter nail art and oh my, this is one of my favorite nail arts yet. I realized after that not a single one of these Elevations are technically available anymore. BUT the good news is that Elevation has so many other amazing colors. Check out the details and polishes below.

I started with a base of two coats of Dykh-Tau, a polish that was released in July 2013 as part of a duo. It's a really delicate and lovely pale blue holographic polish.

Then using Sample GGM #24 (June 2014) which is a gorgeous off white holographic polish, I used the tip of the polish brush and did random, different sized tree trunk branches. Yeti was a Shadow (from March 2014) which was a gift with purchase was perfect for my birch tree marks over GGM #24. Finally, using SBP Rococo (August 2014), I outlined the body of a cardinal (or at least tried). My very last step was to use GGM #24 and add dots as snow. I wish I had matted this before I removed it. It would have looked amazing!
