Mensch on a Bench Nail Art

Partial Press Sample

I can't even with this nail art right now. There, I said it. I can't even. I'm so excited with how it came out! Tomorrow is the last night of Chanukah, but it's also New Year's Eve so we know that Chanukah will take a back seat! Someone created Mensch on a Bench so Jewish children could have a doll for the holidays. Well, my mom bought one last year and I'm kicking myself that I didn't steal it for the photos! I'm really excited how they came out!

Before I show you my manicure, here's what Mensch on a Bench looks like! He's a chill rabbi!

The outer three nails: I painted half the nail with China Glaze Good Tide-ings, then the other half with Cirque Colors NYFW. I added dots on the bottom with the opposite color and lines on the top. I finish it with a line of OPI I Just Can't Cope-cabana. I was mimicking the box it comes in and I think it worked!

My middle nail started with a base of China Glaze Sand in My Mistloetoes and then I used coordinating cremes to go with the doll. I obviously couldn't fit all on him on my nail, but I think I got the face down!

  7. I really like it matted. I had no idea this was a thing. He doesn't look as creepy as the Elf on a Shelf guy. My daughter thinks they are scary and awful and is so thankful we aren't forcing it on her. This would be much more bearable.

    1. Hahah ok so the elf on a shelf scares me too. Like he's watching you or something. This one is more like storytelling for kids and a stuffed animal. I like the purpose of it
