Christmas Trees with Zoya Holiday Enchanted Collection

Press Sample

I am back with more holiday collection art. I told you, I just can't not get a collection and do art. It's always good to see how polishes work individually in swatches, but I personally love bringing them all together for art! When I think of Pixie Dusts, I think of ornaments and lights, so this is how it came together.

So I'm not sure where this idea came in my head, but I was visualizing a rather sparse forest (maybe someone's backyard), at dusk, with just subtle but sparkly lights on trees. It doesn't scream Christmas as much as winter wonderland, but that's the goal!

I painted a base with Zoya Saint, a rich periwinkle with a strong pink shimmer. It's so gorgeous matte!

Then I used Olivera to paint on trees. I played with the sizes as some as supposed to be in the background and some in the forefront. Lastly, I randomly added dots with the 4 Pixie Dusts from the collection.

Don't these work well together? Once I did the art, I could see just how cohesive this collection is!

  1. I wouldn't have thought to use Saint for the base shade, but it just works! Lovely mani!

    1. It's kind of like a dusky sky. The shimmer reminds of of reflects from the sun. Something like that ;)
