Swirly Water Decals with Cirque Colors Limoncello

Press Sample

My birthday was last month and my friends know me well, I got a ton of Cirque Colors! This one was from my lovely boyfriend, who never buys me polish anymore (and rightfully so!) but got me Limoncello and La Tropicale from the new Juicy Collection. I couldn't wait to use it, and here's what I did!

I really wanted Limoncello despite being nervous that it may clash with my skin tone. Well, I'm happy to say, I LOVE it on my skin! The first coat looks sheer but it's full coverage in two coats! I love this holographic yellow!

Then I added colorful circular swirl water decals from Born Pretty Store. Like all decals, I submerge the design in water for about 15 seconds and then using a tweezer, peel off the design. You can see I had an issue with my index--I think this was more of the extreme humidity of the Northeast as the others look fine. I topped off with my new favorite top coat for water decals, Alter Ego She Shines.

    1. I thought so! These complex decals only need a plain base to be fun.
