Zoya Wishes Collection: Swatches and Review

Press Sample

I realize we haven't even hit Halloween yet but the Zoya Wishes collection landed on my doorstep today and I just had to show you them immediately! I even ran out of sunlight but I wanted to get everyone excited since this collection is available for preorder now! This collection is a set of three Magical Pixie Dust polishes along with a mix of a creme and shimmers.

Zoya Wishes Collection

Zoya Prim: 2 coats. Prim is described as a velvet blue metallic. It is almost a periwinkle tone. This color is extremely opaque. It was full coverage with one coat but there were too many brushstrokes for my taste so I added a careful second coat. This polish is metallic so it leans frosty so be mindful of how you paint with this one. I do love the icy look.

Zoya Haven: 2 coats: Zoya describes Haven as a holiday plum with some orchid. This is such a classic winter color. If you don't already own something like this, get it. Great formula.

Zoya Willa: 2 coats. This is a basic black creme. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it.

Zoya Imogen: 2 coats. This is a black Magical Pixie Dust. What you see is what you get. I waited and waited and this did not dry down to Pixie Dusts like Cosmo. This is more of a jelly based polish with chunkier glitter. This goes for all three. I still like the effect, but don't expect it to dry down entirely matte.

Zoya Nori: 2 coats. This sapphire Magical Pixie Dust also had the jelly formula. The blue is so rich and absolutely stunning. You absolutely need this beauty. Just wow. (And no staining to report and I had it on for almost 30 minutes.)

Zoya Thea: 2 coats. This is the amethyst to the sapphire. Very beautiful. I ran out of sunlight, but this is also very rich. You can see it in sunlight in my art below.

Here are some easy and quick nail art looks with the collection, each using the polish brush and no special tools.  Here you can see that the polishes aren't that textured. I waited quite a while too.
