Halloween Texture Dizzy Swirl Lollipop Nail Art

Nothing to Disclose

Yea, I have no idea what to call this. Sometimes I just pick out polishes, sit down, and run with it. I brought out a bunch of texture polishes in Halloween colors and well, I came up with this. There's no real rhyme or reason. Just a striping brush and texture polish!

I kind of wanted to do lollipop swirls a la my Halloween mani in 2012. But then I just randomly started do lines, and this is what happened. Instead of flat polish, I decided to use textures, most of which I didn't have last year. And I love the look!

To make sure my texture colors popped and only needed one coat per line, I started with a base of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Wall. It helped all the colors stand out so I wouldn't have to go back and fill the lines in twice.

I used Red Dog Designs Palm Cove, Zoya Carter, Barry M Countess, Finger Paints Winter Chill, OPI Solitaire, among others.

These were pretty mesmerizing. I like the Halloween color theme but yet it's pretty all year round. I want to do this in so many color themes!
